Job Summary
Owning an end-to-end account book, the full-time remote Account Executive will self-source pipeline, manage full deal cycles, and maintain accurate records while driving compliance solutions for SMB clients across the US and Canada.
Key responsibilities:
- Work a structured account book, prioritizing by intent and coverage gap while self-sourcing the majority of the pipeline
- Manage full deal cycles from initial contact through to closing, ensuring clear next steps and maintaining deal momentum
- Participate actively in team calls and coaching sessions while maintaining accurate pipeline data in HubSpot
Required qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 2 years in a full-cycle closing role
- Demonstrated ability to generate outbound-driven pipeline and manage an assigned account book
- Strong cold calling skills with a proven track record of booking meetings
- US business hours alignment from India is mandatory
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and proficiency in prospecting tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Nav
