Job Summary
Connecting with clinical researchers to enhance participant enrollment, the full-time Account Executive will identify, prospect, and close sales opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads by assessing qualified opportunities and maintaining an organized sales pipeline
- Engage with clients to build strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team for smooth onboarding and account management
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS or the eClinical industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Demonstrated passion for sales and eagerness to learn about the sales process and industry
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack)
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
