Job Summary

Driving enterprise growth, the full-time remote Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for employee engagement solutions, building partnerships with HR leaders and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities
  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing across enterprise accounts
  • Engaging CHROs and senior HR leaders to position the company as a strategic partner
  • Developing and executing territory plans that drive pipeline growth and account expansion
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on employee engagement solutions
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6-9 months
  • Ability to communicate effectively in executive-level presentations
  • Proven consultative selling skills to uncover customer needs
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to organizations with 10,000+ employees
