Job Summary
Seeking a remote full-time Account Executive, the successful candidate will manage a defined territory of customers and prospects, create and execute go-to-market plans, and drive client satisfaction while achieving assigned quotas.
Key responsibilities:
- Create a territory plan to drive new logo growth and manage existing enterprise accounts
- Ensure high client satisfaction through retention, renewals, and growth, while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Develop and communicate individual account plans that maximize revenue and foster strong relationships with clients at the senior leadership level
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a client-facing enterprise strategic sales role
- Proven negotiation skills at the C-suite level with large customer organizations
- Strong understanding of large, complex customer business models and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
- Experience with cloud technologies and familiarity with Generative AI concepts
- Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue growth and manage a robust sales pipeline
