Job Summary
To support a growing enterprise software sales team, the full-time remote Account Executive will drive pipeline generation and manage relationships with enterprise customers, focusing on Operations Service Management and IT Operations solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Developing a long-term sales pipeline to increase market share in Operations Service Management and IT Operations
- Driving demand for OSM solutions and identifying new operational use cases to enhance existing opportunities
- Establishing consultative relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives, to shape OSM strategy and solution adoption
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of enterprise sales experience in software, solutions, or consulting services
- Strong understanding of IT Operations, Service Management, and enterprise operational challenges
- Proven ability in consultative selling aligned with customer business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
- Typically, 8-12 years of advanced sales experience with a track record of achieving high quotas
