Job Summary

To support a growing enterprise software sales team, the full-time remote Account Executive will drive pipeline generation and manage relationships with enterprise customers, focusing on Operations Service Management and IT Operations solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Developing a long-term sales pipeline to increase market share in Operations Service Management and IT Operations
  • Driving demand for OSM solutions and identifying new operational use cases to enhance existing opportunities
  • Establishing consultative relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives, to shape OSM strategy and solution adoption
Required qualifications
  • At least 5 years of enterprise sales experience in software, solutions, or consulting services
  • Strong understanding of IT Operations, Service Management, and enterprise operational challenges
  • Proven ability in consultative selling aligned with customer business outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
  • Typically, 8-12 years of advanced sales experience with a track record of achieving high quotas
