Job Summary

Managing the entire sales cycle for enterprise and upper mid-market customers, the full-time salaried Account Executive will engage in insight-driven sales conversations, expand accounts intentionally, and own the full deal lifecycle while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead insight-driven sales conversations to educate customers on the risks of the status quo and the benefits of enterprise change
  • Expand designated strategic accounts by understanding business needs and delivering a personalized SAFe experience
  • Own the full deal lifecycle, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing opportunities with urgency
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or transformation-focused offerings
  • 2+ years of account management experience with a proven ability to build a substantial book of business
  • Experience managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing and growing existing customers
  • Proven success in closing deals ranging from $50K to $200K involving multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Agile, AI, or organizational change concepts, with the ability to engage confidently with executives
