Job Summary
To support a growing marketing agency in the financial services sector, the part-time remote Account Executive will manage warm strategy calls, consult with financial advisors, and help build the sales function from the ground up.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct 5-10 warm strategy calls per week with pre-qualified buyers
- Engage in consultative selling to financial advisors and firm owners
- Collaborate with the founder to develop the sales playbook, including objection libraries and CRM workflows
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B closing experience in retainers, coaching, consulting, or financial services
- Documented close rate of 25%+ on warm leads
- Proven track record of performance-based compensation exceeding $150k/year
- Experience in shaping sales processes rather than just executing existing playbooks
- US-based with availability during US business hours
