Job Summary
As a remote, full-time Account Executive, the successful candidate will deliver personalized onboarding and consultative sales experiences to prospective nonprofit clients, managing both inbound and outbound opportunities while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Become an expert on grants and institutional fundraising to facilitate meaningful conversations with prospects
- Generate pipeline through creative outreach and manage the sales process from first contact to close
- Deliver high-quality onboarding experiences and provide feedback to enhance customer interactions and product design
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of closing experience in a high-velocity, customer-facing SaaS role or similar environment
- Demonstrated empathy and curiosity to understand and solve customer problems
- Strong drive and comfort with tools like G Suite, Zoom, Slack, and CRM platforms
- Experience in the nonprofit market or background in fundraising is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a startup or remote work environment
