Job Summary

To support a growing technology company, the full-time Account Executive will manage an assigned book of business for cloud communication solutions, focusing on customer retention and expansion through upselling and cross-selling, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Grow and manage an assigned book of business, driving retention and expansion of cloud solutions
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Proactively prospect and acquire new customers through targeted outreach and partner referrals
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales, inside sales, or account management
  • Demonstrated track record of success in sales, partner-led sales, or executive relationship building
  • Strong grasp of solution and value-based selling, preferably in enterprise business applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities under pressure
