Job Summary

Managing a book of business in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Account Executive will retain and grow existing accounts while developing new customers within the legal community, utilizing consultative selling skills to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage a book of business through renewal retention and portfolio growth while prospecting for new customers
  • Consult with clients on web-based marketing strategies that align with their business needs
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce.com, including activity tracking and market intelligence
Required qualifications:
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in sales/account management in a professional B2B environment
  • Proven track record of revenue retention and sales success, consistently achieving performance at 100%+
  • Experience in developing new customer accounts through heavy prospecting and cold calling
  • Previous sales experience in digital marketing and/or the legal industry is a plus
