Job Summary
To support a growing business development team, the full-time remote Account Executive will manage client relationships, qualify leads, and present proposals for Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workforce Management (WFM) services related to UKG software applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Present Sability's services to prospects and partner representatives
- Develop and maintain relationships to facilitate business engagements
- Manage sales cycles from lead engagement to deal closure and client onboarding
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative selling or relationship management within the HCM or WFM industry related to UKG
- Proven ability to develop relationships with mid-level and C-level leaders
- Experience in cooperatively selling with partner representatives
- Ability to work independently without daily supervision
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with internal and external constituents
