Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Account Executive will serve as a trusted advisor to HR professionals, drive revenue through effective presentations and demos, and provide customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Educate HR professionals and channel partners on Sparrow's leave management solutions to address their challenges
- Master product presentations and demos to drive revenue and achieve sales targets consistently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions for new customers and gather feedback for product improvement
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling to HR professionals and managing complex deal cycles is a plus
- Ability to educate customers on product value and articulate ROI effectively
- Self-directed and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathetic engagement
