Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Account Executive will manage a quota-carrying book of business, running consultative sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise clients while collaborating with internal teams and HubSpot representatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage a quota-carrying book of business across new and existing accounts
- Conduct consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with executive-level buyers
- Collaborate with HubSpot AEs on shared deals, driving partner-sourced MRR alongside services quotas
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience selling HubSpot as a Solutions Partner or HubSpot AE
- Proven track record of carrying a HubSpot MRR quota alongside a services quota
- Hands-on familiarity with HubSpot Partner Program mechanics, including deal registration and shared deal creation
- Ability to run consultative discovery and present to executive-level stakeholders
- Strong relationship management skills with effective follow-up practices
