Job Summary
To support a growing marketing agency in the financial services sector, the part-time remote Account Executive will take warm strategy calls, consultatively sell to financial advisors, and collaborate with the founder to build the sales function from the ground up.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct 5-10 warm strategy calls per week with pre-qualified buyers
- Engage in consultative selling to financial advisors and firm owners
- Develop and enhance the sales playbook, including objection libraries and CRM workflows
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B closing experience in retainers, coaching, consulting, or financial services
- A documented close rate of 25%+ on warm leads
- Experience with consultative sales to sophisticated buyers
- Proven track record of earning $150k+/yr in performance-based compensation
- Builder mindset with experience in shaping sales processes at previous companies
