Job Summary
Managing a territory-based client portfolio, the full-time Account Executive will actively hunt for new business while nurturing existing relationships, creating tailored marketing strategies, and delivering measurable outcomes in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build a consistent prospecting cadence using various outreach methods to develop a strong sales pipeline
- Manage and grow client accounts through new business development, retention, and account expansion
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and present data-informed marketing proposals
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record in new business development and account growth
- Ability to execute a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close
- Strong prospecting skills through phone, email, social media, and networking
- Experience with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management
- Familiarity with digital marketing solutions such as search, social, and display (direct experience is a plus)
