Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the hybrid Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle by prospecting new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and developing tailored marketing strategies to drive measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Build a consistent prospecting cadence through various outreach methods to develop a strong pipeline
  • Manage and grow a territory by balancing new business development, client retention, and account expansion
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and present data-informed marketing proposals
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development and account growth
  • Ability to execute a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close
  • Strong prospecting skills utilizing phone, email, social media, and networking
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools for disciplined pipeline management
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
