Job Summary

Owning the full sales cycle, the full-time High Velocity Account Executive will engage in high-activity sales processes, partnering with business leaders to deliver product demonstrations and address hiring challenges in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline through strategic outreach and follow-up
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs and deliver compelling product demonstrations
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of proven sales success in SaaS or high-velocity environments
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence engaging with business decision-makers
  • Experience in HCM, HR tech, or recruiting software is a plus
  • Formal sales training is preferred
