Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and self-directed Account Executive, this fully remote position will manage a portfolio of over 600 existing customers and a large pipeline of leads while focusing on revenue growth and retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead customer and partner engagement strategies across SMB, Mid-Market, and Channel Partner segments
  • Collaborate with a regionally aligned Customer Engineer to drive customer outcomes and influence stakeholders
  • Attend industry conferences, customer events, and internal team gatherings as needed for relationship building
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in account management or sales within the technology sector
  • Strong track record of revenue growth and customer retention
  • Ability to manage complex deals and influence decision-makers
  • Experience working with SMB and Mid-Market customers
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and customer engagements
