Job Summary
To support a growing software sales team, the remote Account Executive will build relationships with prospective clients, promote and sell software solutions, and guide clients through the purchasing process while maintaining pipeline accuracy.
Key responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to ensure client satisfaction
Required qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in software sales
- 3 to 5 years of knowledge of the ICE Mortgage Technology Encompass platform and the mortgage industry preferred
- Proven sales ability and customer service skills
- Thorough understanding of mortgage software and services
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; HubSpot experience is a plus
