Job Summary
Driving new business acquisitions, the full-time remote Account Executive will manage high-velocity sales cycles, conduct discovery calls, and onboard new customers while contributing to the company's growth in the HR and performance management space.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through new business acquisitions
- Engage cold accounts to contribute significantly to monthly sales targets
- Onboard 6-12 new customers each quarter, enhancing customer relationships and satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in generating new business and surpassing sales targets
- 5+ years of SaaS full-cycle closing experience
- 2+ years of experience in HRIS & Payroll with a solid understanding of these systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong commitment to the company's mission and values
