Job Summary

Driving full-cycle sales from demo to close, the full-time remote Account Executive will research and target companies, manage a sales pipeline, and negotiate contracts to deliver retirement solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial demo to closing deals
  • Utilize prospecting tools to identify and target potential clients
  • Document all sales activities and maintain records in Salesforce.com
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a startup environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses
  • Familiarity with sales tools, including Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Strong ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations
