Job Summary
Driving revenue growth, the full-time Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle to sell industry-leading real estate software to brokerages outside the top 500, focusing on exceeding quotas and ensuring customer retention remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive new customer acquisition by identifying and closing deals with brokerages below the enterprise tier
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution, ensuring a seamless customer transition
- Manage pipeline effectively to consistently hit and exceed quota while partnering with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Required qualifications:
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in SaaS or real estate technology sales
- Ability to sell consultatively, uncovering needs and aligning solutions for long-term success
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, focusing on high-quality, high-retention deals
- Experience selling to real estate brokerages or adjacent industries is a plus
- Self-starter mentality with a drive to win and own your success
