Job Summary
Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Account Executive will focus on driving performance for assigned accounts, fostering client engagement, and delivering exceptional service while not acquiring new business.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service
- Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities for value addition and strategic recommendations
- Manage client issues swiftly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention, while driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in account management within an agency setting
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and platforms
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
