Job Summary
Driving sales for SMB accounts, the full-time remote Account Executive will manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals while showcasing the platform's capabilities to eCommerce brands.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the sales cycle from inbound lead qualification through demo, negotiation, and closing
- Conduct product demonstrations to illustrate how customer intelligence can enhance reactivation, segmentation, and revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with DTC brand operators, acting as a trusted advisor to address their business challenges
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of sales experience in SaaS with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Understanding of the DTC ecosystem, including familiarity with Shopify and customer data marketing
- Experience selling to SMB accounts with deal sizes typically in the $10K-30K range
- Consultative selling approach focused on problem-solving and relationship-building
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
