Job Summary

To support the Commercial Sales team, the full-time salaried Mid-Market Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound leads, engaging with potential clients through outreach, client meetings, and guiding sales to successful closures in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement to close, collaborating with Sales Engineering and Customer Success as needed
  • Qualify and develop leads through a consultative approach, aligning customer needs with OffSec's training solutions
  • Proactively build pipeline through outbound efforts and strategic outreach to targeted accounts
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technical training environments
  • Experience working with or selling through channel partners, resellers, or distributors is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales engagement tools
  • A genuine interest in cybersecurity, upskilling, and workforce development
