Job Summary

Managing the entire sales cycle for enterprise and upper mid-market customers, the full-time Account Executive will lead insight-driven sales conversations, expand accounts intentionally, and own the full deal lifecycle in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead insight-driven sales conversations to educate customers on the risks of the status quo and the benefits of enterprise change
  • Expand accounts by understanding business needs and delivering a personalized SAFe experience to ensure customer satisfaction and growth
  • Own the full deal lifecycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing new business and growing existing customer relationships
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or transformation-focused offerings
  • 2+ years of account management experience with a proven ability to build a substantial book of business
  • Experience managing the entire sales process, including closing deals ranging from $50K to $200K
  • Familiarity with Agile, AI, or organizational change concepts, with the ability to engage with directors and executives
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
