Job Summary

Owning the full sales cycle, the full-time Senior Account Executive will prospect, run discovery, and connect client pain points to Mercury's financial products while working remotely or from locations in San Francisco, New York, or Portland.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a quota and the complete sales process from initial contact to client activation across various industries
  • Develop and implement a personalized pipeline strategy using outbound, inbound, and creative channels
  • Conduct high-quality discovery sessions with clients to identify and address their financial management challenges
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of closing experience in an Account Executive role or equivalent full-cycle sales experience
  • Experience selling to founders or small leadership teams is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Genuine interest in fintech and its impact on business operations and growth
