Job Summary

To support customer success in financing, the full-time Account Executive will manage the onboarding and engagement of 360 Finance clients, utilizing strong communication skills to drive growth and enhance customer relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and secure prospective customers through various channels, focusing on outbound prospecting
  • Articulate the 360 Finance value proposition effectively across multiple communication mediums
  • Collaborate with leadership and departments to ensure partner success and innovate on sales processes
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales experience, particularly in financing
  • Preferred 5 years of sales experience in the home improvement market
  • Understanding of complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems for managing leads
  • Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales quotas and targets
