Job Summary

Driving full cycle sales for Fusion, the full-time remote Account Executive will manage a defined territory, engage in outbound prospecting, and build relationships with pediatric therapy practices to understand their needs and position technology solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and grow a defined territory through consistent outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social channels
  • Qualify leads and convert them into a predictable sales pipeline while conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms while maintaining accurate data in Salesforce and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or vertical software
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and closing new business
  • Strong skills in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM for managing sales processes
  • Demonstrated abilities in discovery, presentation, and negotiation
