Job Summary

Owning the full commercial relationship for an assigned portfolio of client accounts, the full-time remote Account Executive will focus on revenue retention, account growth, and developing new opportunities while collaborating with Customer Success Managers and Solution Consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full commercial relationship for each account, achieving annual sales targets for revenue retention and growth
  • Identify and develop new opportunities aligned with client needs, leading the sales cycle and designing tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, leading executive-facing conversations during account reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of relevant consulting, account management, and sales experience preferred
  • Experience with healthcare or payer organizations, such as health plans or managed care organizations, is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals in a complex sales environment
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends affecting payer organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with executive leaders over time
