Job Summary
Connecting with clinical researchers, the full-time remote Account Executive will identify, prospect, and close sales opportunities while building strong client relationships and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and assess qualified leads, developing outreach strategies and maintaining a well-organized sales pipeline
- Conduct cold outreach to prospects and arrange qualified meetings for the Sales Lead to close
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS or the eClinical industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Demonstrated passion for sales and eagerness to learn about the sales process and industry
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack)
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
