Job Summary
Focusing on customer-centric solutions, the full-time Account Executive will manage and optimize customer experiences, drive account management strategies, and collaborate with partners to enhance sales and customer satisfaction in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to influence key decision-makers and optimize the overall customer experience
- Collaborate with regional partners to implement solutions-oriented sales strategies, minimizing churn and driving product adoption
- Develop and execute account management strategies, providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform management decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years of related experience
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and account management
- Strong knowledge of software solutions and ability to align them with customer needs
- Ability to engage with customers and drive two-way communication effectively
- Understanding of macro- and microeconomic trends and their impact on customer business
