Job Summary
Seeking a driven Account Executive to join the remote Sales team, responsible for acquiring new SMB and Mid-Market customers, managing the full sales process, and onboarding clients to enhance their communication systems with AI-powered messaging.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new customers from companies with 25 to 250 employees and onboard them as long-term clients
- Generate at least 50% of the sales pipeline through outbound efforts while managing inbound leads
- Oversee the complete sales process, including lead generation, outreach, closing deals, and transitioning accounts to Customer Success
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of successful outbound sales experience in the SMB or Mid-Market segments at a SaaS company
- Proven performance in the top 25% among peers in sales and customer growth/retention
- Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with sales tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to quickly grasp technical product details during the initial ramp period
- Strong motivation to assist SMB and Mid-Market businesses in enhancing customer communication through technology
