Job Summary
Driving new logo growth, the full-time Account Executive will manage the end-to-end sales cycle for small and medium government agencies, focusing on relationship-building, consultative sales, and maintaining CRM discipline while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers to drive new logo acquisition
- Manage complex sales cycles, leading prospect meetings and tailored solution demonstrations
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM records for reliable forecasting
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the public sector or with government agencies
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and complex sales cycles
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and maintaining pipeline rigor
- Ability to navigate public sector procurement processes, including RFP responses
- Willingness to travel for regional and national trade shows and industry events
