Job Summary

As the first key sales hire, the full-time remote Account Executive will establish the sales infrastructure, drive high-stakes enterprise deals, and target high-value B2B transactions within the InsurTech industry.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish the go-to-market engine by designing and optimizing sales processes and playbooks
  • Drive enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closing, focusing on large insurance companies and MGAs
  • Generate outbound pipeline growth with a strong emphasis on strategic prospecting
Required qualifications
  • 5 to 10 years of professional sales experience in full-cycle Account Executive roles
  • Direct experience selling B2B core infrastructure or software within the InsurTech or insurance sector
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets in recent roles
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills using structured sales methodologies
  • Stable professional history with no more than 3 job changes in the past 5 years
