Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle, the full-time remote Account Executive will manage demos, negotiations, and closings for laundromat and dry cleaning operators, driving new business growth through various lead sources.
Key responsibilities
- Run the full sales cycle from demo to close, applying the T.A.O.M. framework during calls
- Work with multiple lead sources, including BDR/SDR-generated demos and self-sourced opportunities, while maintaining a healthy pipeline
- Keep Salesforce updated with accurate notes and stages to ensure smooth handoffs and follow billing date rules
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in a sales role, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record of running end-to-end sales cycles and building a book of business
- Experience with Salesforce, Dialpad, and Gong preferred
- Comfortable in a fast-scaling startup environment with a dynamic personality
- Outside or field sales experience is a plus; prior POS/payments experience is nice to have
