Job Summary

To drive sales initiatives targeting municipal utilities, contractors, and consulting engineers, the full-time remote Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, develop strategic plans, and build strong client relationships while achieving quarterly sales targets.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract and retain customers in the Western and Eastern United States
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through contract negotiation and closing
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs and achieve sales targets
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS within the construction or civil engineering sectors
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders
