Job Summary

The full-time remote Account Executive will manage a portfolio of client accounts, driving retention and revenue growth through proactive relationship management and collaboration with internal teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, overseeing the full account lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
  • Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities while monitoring account trends and performance
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and address any challenges
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or related roles with strategic, enterprise accounts
  • Proven success in revenue retention and upsell/cross-sell execution
  • Strong relationship-building skills and effective communication with client stakeholders and internal teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and identifying account trends
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot and experience in B2B SaaS preferred
