Job Summary

To drive revenue growth in the single-family builder market, the full-time remote Account Executive will develop and nurture client relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve sales targets through proactive prospecting and strategic account management.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs through lead generation and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and contractors, providing tailored recommendations and managing pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and support clients in utilizing proprietary design software
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success in B2B or outside sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
  • Experience selling to single-family builders or within the homebuilding sector is preferred
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and builder floor plans is highly desirable
