Job Summary
To drive revenue growth in the single-family builder market, the full-time remote Account Executive will develop and nurture client relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve sales targets through proactive prospecting and exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs through proactive lead generation and territory development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and key decision-makers, providing tailored recommendations and managing pricing and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and support the conversion of new builder divisions to proprietary design software
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success in B2B or outside sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
- Experience selling to single-family builders or within the homebuilding sector is preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to interpret blueprints and builder floor plans is highly desirable
