Account Executive

Job Summary

Managing multi-project accounts, the full-time remote Account Executive will oversee project and financial management functions, facilitate client relationships, and assist in organic business growth with existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Execute plans for project delivery and manage client relationships through regular communication
• Oversee project timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with internal processes
• Assist in developing proposals and presentations for new business opportunities with existing clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 1+ years of relevant experience in medical communication, marketing, or advertising
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Preferred experience in physician, HCP, or patient marketing
• Strong knowledge of the medical communications and promotional industry
