Account Executive

Job Summary

Managing client relationships for employer, health plan, and PBM clients, the full-time remote Account Executive will support account strategy development, lead renewal activities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts, maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants
• Support account strategy development by analyzing client needs and performance data
• Lead renewal activities by coordinating internal inputs and preparing client materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3 years of experience managing or supporting client accounts within PBM, health plan, or healthcare environments
• 3 years of experience working directly with clients, brokers, or consultants
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining professional client relationships
• Experience using reporting systems and analytics platforms to support client decision making
