Account Executive
Job Summary
Supporting the delivery of engaging medical communications programs, the remote Account Executive will manage client projects, build relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day delivery of client projects, including timelines, status reports, and documentation
- Build positive relationships with clients and provide organized project support
- Collaborate with Scientific Services and cross-functional teams to coordinate projects from briefing through delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; life sciences or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of relevant project or account management experience, ideally within medical communications, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
