Account Executive

Job Summary

A company in the Business Services industry is looking for an Account Executive.

Position Responsibilities

• Build and own relationships with Transcend's customers, from first contact to close and beyond, ensuring that we grow with them
• Navigate complex customer relationships, developing trust and influence with engineering and legal up to c-level leadership
• Collaborate across Transcend teams including engineering and product to close business and ensure successful customer launches

Qualifications

• Strong technical sales aptitude demonstrated through a combination of industry experience and complexity of deals closed
• 3+ years experience in a closing role at a SaaS provider with top performance
• Experience at early-stage SaaS startups
• You have experience working on developer products
• You have experience working on complex technical products
