Account Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets by executing the sales process and Customer Centric Selling methodology
• Develop a territory sales strategy to achieve short- and long-term goals
• Build relationships with peers, management, and prospect/partner communities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 5+ years of mid-market / contact center experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in selling SaaS-based solutions and managing complex sales processes
• CCaaS and/or WEM - WFM experience is a plus
• Ability to achieve weekly prospecting metrics to drive individual pipeline
