Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of direct sales experience in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise software
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience in the learning or human capital technology space is preferred
- Expert knowledge and usage of Salesforce.com
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and sell to multiple decision-makers
