Evaluating and improving AI career guidance systems, the remote freelance Account Executive - AI Evaluator will review career-related questions, write expert-level answers, and create evaluation rubrics to enhance AI-generated career advice for sales professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions submitted by sales professionals and provide high-quality responses
• Create objective evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy of AI-generated career advice
• Identify inaccuracies in AI recommendations and contribute industry knowledge to improve AI coaching capabilities

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or B2B Sales Professional
• Strong understanding of sales career progression and pipeline management
• Experience in mentoring or coaching sales professionals
• Excellent written communication skills for translating real-world experience into actionable guidance
• Able to provide practical career advice based on actual field experience
