- Identify customer pain points and close business deals
- Prioritize and manage a personal book of business effectively
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or outbound marketing
- Familiarity with Sales & Marketing productivity tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to make 40+ outbound calls per day
- High motivation and goal-oriented mindset
