Job Summary

Supporting assigned Account Executives and TPO sales management, the full-time remote Account Executive Assistant will manage loan processing tasks, assist brokers, and facilitate marketing efforts to ensure timely loan closings.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform data management and administrative tasks to support sales activities, including scheduling calls and organizing loan information
  • Monitor loan pipelines and ensure compliance with company policies and investor guidelines
  • Assist in marketing projects and coordinate events to enhance sales and lead generation efforts
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Two years of mortgage industry experience required
  • Previous customer service or concierge experience preferred
  • Proficient in loan origination systems or ability to learn quickly
  • Experience working in a paperless environment preferred
