Account Executive - Audit & Tax

Job Summary

Driving new business opportunities, the full-time Account Executive - Audit & Tax will build and manage a pipeline of prospects, qualify leads, and oversee the sales process while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through outbound prospecting and networking
• Qualify inbound leads through discovery calls, aligning client needs with services
• Develop proposals and manage pricing discussions to close new engagements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in public accounting (audit, tax, or advisory services)
• Experience transitioning from an accounting role into a client-facing sales position preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency with CRM software; Salesforce experience is a plus
